MSG to Premiere New Original Series "EBC Live at Rucker Park" Tonight at 7:00 p.m.

New York, NY, July 2, 2009 – MSG will premiere a new original series "EBC Live at Rucker Park" tonight, Thursday, July 2 at 7:00 p.m. The 13 episode series will bring viewers courtside at the famous Entertainers Basketball Classic (EBC) Tournament at Rucker Park in Harlem, New York. Each half-hour episode will be hosted by Michael Bivins, and highlight the EBC Tournament players, announcers, celebrity attendees and feature behind the scenes stories on the world's most talked about streetball tournament.

EBC has played host to a lineup of A-list celebrities, athletes and politicians, including former President Bill Clinton, NBA Commissioner David Stern, Denzel Washington, Jay-Z, and Mary J. Blige, among others. The world renowned Rucker Park has also been the starting point for numerous NBA athletes, including New Jersey Nets' Rafer Alston, and many other current players have gotten in on the action, with Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnett, Allen Iverson, Al Harrington, Ray Allen, Ron Artest and more making appearances. At the EBC Tournament you never know who could make an appearance on the court or on the sideline, and MSG's cameras will be there to capture all the action for "EBC Live at Rucker Park."

The EBC was founded by Greg Marius in 1980 in Harlem NY and is one of the most recognizable Streetball tournaments in the world. The EBC Tournament features a Men's and Women's division, as well as AAU Youth divisions. The Men's division is one of a few tournaments in New York, sanctioned by the NBA and the NCAA.
