NBA and College Basketball Insider

Jon Rothstein joined MSG in 2007 as the network's NBA and NCAA college basketball insider. He currently serves as co-host of "Aéropostale College Basketball Weekly" and co-host of the New York Knicks pre-game show alongside Al Trautwig. In addition, Rothstein is an avid contributor to MSG.com where you can find him reporting on college hoops.

In addition to his role on MSG, Rothstein can also be heard as a fill-in host on 1050 ESPN Radio as well as serving as 1050's college basketball insider. During the season, Rothstein is a regular contributor to the "Michael Kay Show," 1050's afternoon drive program. Also, he can be seen voicing his opinions as a weekly contributor on CN8's "Out of Bounds."

During Rothstein's time at MSG, he has also contributed his expertise of college and NBA hoops on "MSG, NY," which featured updates, highlights, interviews, in-depth features and analysis on all sports and entertainment events that were held in the New York area.

Rothstein is a graduate of Ithaca College, where he was recently recognized as a distinguished young alumnus in sports. He currently resides in Manhattan.
