GARY CARTER

Hall of Fame Mets catcher Gary Carter was named to the All-Star Team 11 times, twice selected as Most Valuable Player. A winner of three Golden Glove Awards and five Silver Slugger Awards, he is president of the philanthropic Gary Carter Foundation.
SPARKY LYLE

Former Yankee bullpen ace Sparky Lyle became the first AL reliever ever to win the Cy Young Award in 1977. He was named an American League All-Star in 1973, 1976 and 1977.

New York Magazine contributing editor and baseball aficionado Will Leitch is the author of three books: Life as a Loser, Catch, and God Save the Fan. He is the founding editor of Deadspin.com.
STEVE HIRDT

Executive vice president of the Elias Sports Bureau Steve Hirdt has been a contributor to ESPN and Sports Illustrated and has co-authored multiple editions of the Elias Baseball Analyst. He has been part of the Monday Night Football production team since 1982.
