Michael Guth joined MSG Media as executive vice president of marketing solutions in November 2006. In his role, Guth oversees the strategic leader of large scale integrated marketing partnerships between MSG and major sponsors during a period of significant growth for the company. Guth also focuses on establishing strategic sponsorships and partnerships with companies to help elevate their brands through the Garden's unparalleled assets and developing creative, comprehensive inventory packages. In addition, he is charged with serving as the brand manager for all of MSG Media's assets, spearheading design and creative services for the Media Division, overseeing market research initiatives, and developing methods for appraising and measuring MSG Media's value for its partners.

Before joining MSG Media, Guth served as senior vice president for Time Warner Global Marketing, where he elevated strategic marketing dialogues with Time Warner divisions (including AOL, Turner, Warner Brothers, Time Inc., Time Warner Cable and HBO), identifying key programming, marketing and brand assets, in order to build cross-platform marketing solutions. He also partnered with other divisions to maximize advertising revenue opportunities for new interactive advertising technology and Video On Demand content distribution platforms.

Prior to working at Time Warner Global Marketing, Guth was vice president at Fusion 5, Inc., an Innovation Marketing Consultancy, where he identified, developed and expanded consulting engagements. He also held the position of chief marketing strategist at Bolt, Inc., a leading youth marketing services company, where he created marketing solutions for leading brands looking to establish deeper relationships and increase brand loyalty with the 15-24 year old consumer. Previously, Guth spent almost eight years at The Coca-Cola Company, where he was most recently global marketing director for the Wal-Mart Account Team. In this position Guth directed all marketing activity worldwide, including leveraging properties such as the Olympics, Soccer, NASCAR, Country Music and High School Football to increase volume and enhance the consumer shopping experience. Early in his career Guth was a marketing manager for the New York Mets. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
