Food & Drink at Beacon Theatre
Looking for pre-theatre fare and drinks? Stop by one of the Beacon Theatre’s concessions, located in the Lobby, Loge and Balcony, to purchase candy, soda, coffee and bottled water. At some events, popcorn and pretzels may be available for purchase as well as beer, wine and spirits. Currently, the Beacon Theatre does not sell cooked food. Outside food and beverage, including water, are prohibited.
Unless specified otherwise, food and drink is allowed in the seating area, however, we ask that you be respectful of the Beacon Theatre and others sitting around you.
Alcohol Serving and Consumption
For most events at the Beacon Theatre, alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. The Beacon Theatre staff is trained in the nationally recognized T.E.A.M. (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management) Training program for responsible alcohol management. All guests may be required to show ID to purchase alcohol. Guests are not permitted to bring in alcoholic beverages from outside and may not leave with alcohol purchased inside the Beacon Theatre. Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.
Please be aware that it is the policy of The Madison Square Garden Company to require all guests who appear to be forty (40) years of age or younger to present a valid form of ID with proof of age in order to purchase alcoholic beverages at Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, the Beacon Theatre or The Chicago Theatre.
