Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster or directly through the Beacon Theatre Box Office will automatically be refunded to the original purchaser’s credit card account. Please note that you should expect to receive your refund within approximately 30 days. If tickets were purchased from a third party, ticket holders will need to go back to their point of purchase to determine refund eligibility.
