Arrive Early
Please plan to arrive one hour early so you can get through security and be in your seats once the artist takes the stage. If you arrive later than 30 minutes, you risk missing the start of the show.

General Admission Entrance
If you are a General Admission ticketholder, please enter through the Chase C entrance on 33rd Street & 8th Avenue.

Tips for Getting in The Garden Faster:

• Use less trafficked entrances to help you get into the arena more quickly: Chase A & B entrances on the corner of 31st Street and 8th Avenue, Chase D entrance on 33rd Street & 8th Avenue, or the Chase Square entrance on 7th Avenue between 31st and 33rd Streets. • Leave your bags at home and use the “No Bag Express Lane” (the bigger the bag, the longer the delay)
• Download the MSG app to access the “App Express Lane,” which opens 15 minutes prior to doors to the general public
