Doors to the arena will open 1 hour prior to the time listed on your ticket.
The Madison Square Garden Company places the safety and security of our guests above all else. For that reason, we continuously assess and upgrade security measures across all of our venues, including the recent introduction of more rigorous bag screenings.

To help ensure that everybody attending our events can enjoy unforgettable and safe experiences, we strongly discourage guests from bringing unnecessary bags, particularly backpacks. As always, all bags will be subject to rigorous screening, to include use of x-ray screening, which can delay entry into all of our venues. Guests who do not have a bag can take advantage of our No Bag Express Lines, located on the 31st street side of Chase Square.

Please plan ahead and allow yourself enough time to pass through security. Your safety and security is of great importance to us and we look forward to seeing you.

While attending the event at Madison Square Garden, should you need to report a Security or Customer Service concern please see your nearest usher or text MSG along with your Section, Row, Seat number and a brief description to 69050.

The BIG EAST Tournament, presented by Jeep, returns to “The World’s Most Famous Arena” March 7-10, 2018 for the 36th consecutive year, making it college basketball’s longest running postseason basketball conference tourney held at the same venue. All ten BIG EAST hoops programs will battle it out in a four day, nine game fight for the Championship Trophy. Be there to witness history.
