Boxing’s ‘Big Drama Show’ returns to Madison Square Garden on Saturday, October 5th when pound-for-pound superstar attraction GENNADIY “GGG” GOLOVKIN (39-1-1, 34 KOs) and top-rated challenger SERGIY DEVERYANCHENKO (13-1, 10 KOs) clash for the IBF Middleweight title.
GGG will look to regain the Middleweight crown when he steps into The Garden’s famed Boxing ring for an incredible seventh time in his illustrious career. The hard-hitting Kazakh has reigned supreme in the Middleweight division for nearly a decade. His unmatched power and famous “Mexican Style” aggression in the ring helped make him a superstar around the globe.
The Brooklyn-based Ukrainian Derevyanchenko is ranked #1 by the IBF and will be challenging for the IBF belt for the second time in his career.
