MSG and Chase are partnering to provide $500,000 to feed local workers on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic. Half of this effort ($250,000) is focused on supporting Tri-State area small business restaurants, including several Chase small business clients, to order large amounts of food for essential and frontline workers across the city (e.g., healthcare workers, first responders, FDNY, NYPD, Sanitation, etc.). Orders will be placed every Tuesday beginning April 28th for eight weeks.
Additionally, MSG and Chase will make a donation of $250,000 to José Andrés’ World Central Kitchen (www.wck.org) as they help to feed Americans by delivering fresh, packaged meals to communities most in need across the country.
Through this initiative, MSG and Chase will thank our Home Team Heroes by supporting the local small business/restaurant economy, providing food for people working on the front lines against COVID-19, and helping to feed those most in need.
Earlier this month, Chase announced additional rewards for customers who order from local restaurants using their Sapphire and Freedom cards. This special offer extends until May 31st.
