Billy Joel - In Concert

Billy Joel’s legendary run continues…. In December 2013, Billy Joel became The Garden’s first-ever music franchise, joining the ranks of the venue’s other original franchises – the New York Knicks and New York Rangers. With the most lifetime and consecutive performances by any artist at the arena, Billy Joel’s historic residency will continue monthly, “as long as the demand continues.”

Rescheduled: Billy Joel – Monday, December 19, 2022

Please be advised that the Billy Joel performance scheduled to take place at Madison Square Garden on Monday, December 19 has now been rescheduled to Friday, June 2.

Statement from Billy Joel’s spokesperson:

“Billy Joel is under strict doctor’s orders for vocal rest due to a viral infection and as a result, his concert scheduled for Monday, December 19th at Madison Square Garden is postponed to Friday, June 2nd. We understand the inconvenience this causes everyone who purchased tickets, and we apologize for this unexpected circumstance.”

Your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled show date on Friday, June 2 and will not need to be exchanged. Please note, the June 2 performance is subject to change if it conflicts with a playoff game.

If you cannot commit to the rescheduled show date, you can request a refund anytime over the next 7 days, beginning today. If a refund is not requested during the allotted time, tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled show date. To obtain a refund for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, visit your Ticketmaster account page. For refunds on tickets purchased through the Madison Square Garden Box Office, call the Guest Relations department at 212-465-6225.

Only tickets purchased directly through Ticketmaster or the Madison Square Garden Box Office are eligible for a refund. If tickets were purchased from a third party, ticketholders will need to go back to their point of purchase to determine refund availability.
