Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster or directly through the Beacon Theatre Box Office will automatically be refunded to the original purchaser&#8217;s credit card account. Please note that you should expect to receive your refund within approximately 30 days. If tickets were purchased from a third party, ticket holders will need to go back to their point of purchase to determine refund eligibility.
