Please be advised that Josh Groban’s Great Big Radio City Shows originally scheduled to take place at Radio City Music Hall have now been rescheduled.

Tickets for an original show date will be valid for the newly rescheduled show date and will not need to be exchanged.

COVID-19 Entry Protocols

This event requires all guests to provide proof to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (meaning the day of your event is at least 14 days after your final vaccine dose) or proof of a negative COVID-19 test (an antigen test taken within six hours of the event start time, or a PCR test taken within 72 hours of the day of the event).

Additionally, all guests are encouraged to wear masks inside the venue, except while actively eating or drinking.

COVID-19 Health Documentation

• On the day of the event, all guests age will have to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test through a physical copy, photo on their smartphone, or mobile app. Anyone 18 years or older will need to also present a government-issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport.   

Mobile Tickets 

• Please be sure to have your digital tickets easily accessible on your phone to enter the venue. Tickets can be accessed and displayed via the Ticketmaster App (download: Android | iOS).
