Where to Enter

All entrances on 7th and 8th avenues between 31st and 33rd streets are open for this event. Please use the entrance with the shortest line. We highly recommend arriving early due to construction on 7th Avenue. Click here to view the entrance map.

Mobile Tickets
The 2023 NCAA® Division I Men’s Basketball East Regional is a  MOBILE TICKET ONLY event and paper tickets will not be accepted. Mobile tickets may be accessed by using your phone’s web browser and visiting NCAA.com/AccountManager (please note, tickets are NOT accessible on the Ticketmaster App, Ticketmaster.com or the MSG App.) The NCAA Ticket Exchange is the only  official exchange platform for this event to buy and sell.

Travel Light
Bags must fit comfortably under your seat, and oversized bags larger than 22′′ x 14′′ x 9′′ are prohibited.

Signs, banners and flags are not permitted inside the venue. Other items not permitted include (but are not limited to): weapons, firearms, knives, laser pens, pepper spray/mace, selfie sticks, video cameras/recording devices, outside food and beverage, glass, cans, aluminum bottles, hoverboards, skateboards, cowbells and airhorns.
