Cirque du Soleil’s first-ever Christmas show, ‘Twas the Night Before…’ is a flurry of Christmas cheer, rip-roaring fun and hugely lovable characters, while introducing audiences to the magic of Cirque du Soleil and helping families create new holiday traditions.

The critically acclaimed production returns to the Hulu Theater at MSG after debuting at MSG Entertainment venues in 2019.

COVID-19 Entry Protocols  

Per government mandates, please be aware of the latest COVID-19 entry protocols for ‘Twas the Night Before… by Cirque du Soleil at Hulu Theater at MSG:  

IF YOUR EVENT TAKES PLACE BETWEEN NOW THROUGH DECEMBER 26: 

All  Guests  Age  12  And  Older   

• Guests age 12 and older are required to provide proof they have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.  

Children Under Age 12   

• Children under age 12 can attend events with a vaccinated adult regardless of the child’s COVID-19 vaccination status, but please note, ages 2 to 11 will need to wear a mask while inside the venue, except while actively eating or drinking 

Fully vaccinated  guests are not required to wear a mask. Everyone else age 2 and over is required to wear a mask while in the venue, except while actively eating or drinking.  Please note that full COVID-19 vaccination means the day of your event is at least 14 days after your final vaccine dose.

FOR EVENTS BEGINNING DECEMBER 27: 

All Guests Age 12 And Older  

• Guests age 12 and older are required to provide proof they have received either two doses of a two-shot COVID-19 vaccination, or one dose of a single-shot vaccine.  

Children Under Age 12  

• Children ages 5 to 11 are required to provide proof they have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.  

Fully vaccinated guests are not required to wear a mask. Everyone else age 2 and over is required to wear a mask while in the venue, except while actively eating or drinking. Please note that full COVID-19 vaccination means the day of your event is at least 14 days after your final vaccine dose.

A New Way to Enter  

COVID-19 Health Documentation  

• On the day of the event, all vaccinated guests will have to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination through a physical copy, photo on their smartphone, or mobile app. Anyone 18 years or older will need to also present a government-issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport.

Arrival Time 

• Doors will open at least 90 minutes prior to the event. 

Mobile Tickets   

• Please be sure to have your digital tickets easily accessible on your phone to enter the venue. Tickets can be accessed and displayed via the Ticketmaster App (download: Android | iOS).
