Doors: One hour prior to showtime
Arrive Early
Plan to arrive one hour prior to start time so you can get through security and be in your seats once the performance begins.If you arrive later than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time, you risk missing the beginning of the show. Any guests that need to be seated after the show has begun will be held until the conclusion of the next song.
Where to Enter
Please use the Chase Square entrance on 7th Avenue between 31st and 33rd Streets.
VIP Purchasers
If you purchased the VIP experience, please arrive 1 hour prior to showtime and visit the check-in table in the Theater lobby. You will then be escorted to the Meet & Greet location. Because of cast obligations, the VIP experience will start and end on time. Latecomers may miss the opportunity.
