Phish 2019 General Admission Policy
All guests are required to abide by the provisions within the following General Admission policy. Ticketholders found in violation of the following policy may be asked to surrender their tickets and leave MSG property.
General Admission (“GA”) ticketholders must enter via the Chase D entrance located on 33rd Street & 8th Avenue for Phish shows on December 28, 29, 30 & 31, 2019. This is the ONLY ENTRANCE you may access with a GA ticket.
Starting at 4:30PM on each show day, sequentially numbered wristbands will be issued to the first 300 guests on a first come, first served basis. A GA ticket will need to be presented in order to obtain a wristband. The wristbands will be distributed at the Chase D Entrance which is located at the West 33rd Street and 8th Avenue glass doors.
NO LINE-UPS PRIOR TO 4:30PM. OVERNIGHT LINES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. For everyone’s safety, please respect this policy.
A number will be randomly picked at 5:15PM. All guests with GA tickets and a numbered wristband should begin lining up in numerical order beginning with the announced number (i.e. if number 79 was drawn, the line would start with 79, then 80, 81, 82 through 300, followed by 1-78). The numbered wristband is for line placement only and will be exchanged for an MSG-issued wristband prior to entry into the GA pit.
GA ticketholders will be admitted in sequential order once doors are opened, scheduled for 6:30PM. All other GA ticketholders will be allowed entry after guests present with MSG-issued wristbands are accommodated. A GA ticket is required to obtain a wristband. A wristband is not required for entry, only priority entry.
Guests are not permitted to “hold” a place in line for other guests who are arriving later.
The wristband must remain on the guest’s right wrist while in line. Loss or removal of the wristband will require the guest to obtain another wristband and take their sequential place in line. Any guest found with a tampered wristband will have his or her wristband confiscated and will lose their place in line.
Guests are permitted to have a reasonable amount of food and non-alcoholic beverages while in line. Guests will be permitted to bring in an empty plastic water bottle. No glass or metal bottles, cans or food will be allowed into the building.
Please be respectful of other guests in line – no running, pushing or line jumping; no alcohol, drugs or glass or metal containers; no horseplay or unsafe behavior; no profanity; no tailgating, open flames or barbeques; no selling of tickets, wristbands, concessions or merchandise; no animals (except service animals); no smoking in line.
The following items are prohibited from entering the building: all outside food and
Beverages (except for one (1) sealed bottle of water, no larger than 20 ounces in size), weapons of any kind, pepper spray/mace, alcohol, cameras with detachable lenses, video recording equipment, laser pointers, fireworks, iPads, GoPros, selfie-sticks, glass or metal bottles, cans, blankets. Any person with these items found within the venue during a show may be subject to ejection from the venue without refund.
Guests who have ambulatory needs may access an elevator upon ingress to the venue through MSG’s 8 Penn entrance. Upon rejoining the line, guests requiring an accommodation will be placed back in sequential order.
