ELIGIBILITY: The You Pick Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia.  Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.  Employees, directors, officers, temporary workers, and independent contractors of MSG Entertainment Holdings, LLC (“Sponsor”), MSG Sports, LLC (“MSGS”), MSGN Holdings, L.P., MSG Networks, Inc. (together with MSGN Holdings, L.P., “MSGN”), Sphere Entertainment Group, LLC (“Sphere”), or the respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotional agencies of each of the foregoing entities are not eligible to enter or win. The immediate family and household members of the foregoing individuals are also not eligible. “Immediate family” includes spouses, parents, siblings, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, along with their respective spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household member” includes individuals sharing the same residence, whether or not they are related.  Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 1, 2026 and ends at 10:00 p.m. ET on June 14, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). 

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit msg.com/summer26 and follow the directions to complete and submit the entry form in its entirety to be entered for a chance to win.  All entries must be received by 10:00 p.m. ET on June 14, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.  Multiple entries received from any person or email address will be void. Entries generated by artificial intelligence, script, macro or other automated or mechanical means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. 

DRAWING & WINNER NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period on or about June 14, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email and may be required to execute and return an affidavit/declaration of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within the time period specified by Sponsor in order to be deemed the official winner (“Winner”). If all required documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. 

PRIZE: Prize package includes two (2) tickets to see a show to be chosen from a list of events provided by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize package: $TBD-TBD for the pair depending on the selected show. Transportation is not included as part of prize.  Tickets are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions, and all ticket holders must be eligible to attend the event for which their tickets are issued.  Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor.  Sponsor is not responsible for any delays, postponement or cancellations of any kind or for any reason.  If the event is delayed, postponed or cancelled the terms of the ticket shall govern, including but not limited to any rain check policy.  No substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and Winner will not be reimbursed for tickets or otherwise.  All applicable venue rules and regulations will apply.  Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.  Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize (or any portion thereof) or redeem any prize component for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.  All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

PUBLICITY GRANT: Except where legally prohibited, by acceptance of the prize, Winner grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice, review, approval or compensation. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor, MSGS, MSGN, Sphere, and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, promotional partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, email or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.  Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any computer or device related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, or from the use of, or downloading materials from, any Sweepstakes related website.  Those who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes related website, or who are in violation of these Official Rules or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, if any portion of the Sweepstakes becomes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, and, if terminated, in its discretion, to select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action being taken or as otherwise deemed fair an appropriate by Sponsor. By participating, entrants agree that the Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules.  “Authorized account subscriber” shall be the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. 

DATA COLLECTION: The personal information collected/provided in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.msgentertainment.com/privacy. Entrants who provide their email address will automatically be enrolled to receive emails from or on behalf of Sponsor or others and can opt out of receiving future emails at any time by following the directions provided in such emails.
