We at The Chicago Theatre miss you and  look forward to having you back.

And when it comes time to reopen our doors, we want you to know that we are working with government and public health officials to ensure we continue to set the industry standard for safe and enjoyable experiences.

Below is additional information on events at The Chicago Theatre.

For 2020, a number of concerts and shows have been postponed, rescheduled or cancelled. We are working diligently to reschedule as many of these events as possible for dates in the future. Tickets will be valid for newly rescheduled dates once they have been determined. For events that cannot be rescheduled, tickets that were ordered online or over the phone with Ticketmaster will be automatically refunded to the original purchaser’s credit card. Our Box Office is currently closed. For any questions regarding refunds for tickets bought through the Box Office, please call 212 465-6225.
