Visit exclusive, behind-the-scenes parts of The Garden and hear its history from an expert tour guide who knows every iconic story and legendary moment. With the revamped tour, guests will encounter exciting new stops, including a free boomerang photo experience and state-of-the-art virtual reality technology that offers a first-hand glimpse into the excitement of being at one of The Garden’s world-class events. Plus, there’s always a surprise! Will you see the hardwood or the ice? Locker rooms? A stage being built? A rehearsal? Take the tour to find out!

Please note that tickets cannot be purchase on Ticketmaster the day of the tour. Same-day tour tickets are available at the venue.

To purchase tour tickets in person, head to the MSG box office or visit the Chase Square Team Store located in the MSG lobby. The entrance is located off 7th Avenue.

Times & Prices

Times:
Tours run daily from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and depart approximately every half hour.* The tour lasts approximately 75 minutes.

Tour times are subject to change due to venue activity. Please call 212-465-6000 in advance of your tour to confirm hours of operation.

December 25th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th & 31st
January 6th, 13th, 21st, 26th, & 27th
February 1st, 9th, 17th, & 23rd
March 3rd, 9th, 14th, 17th, 20th, & 24th

Subway

Madison Square Garden is located directly above Penn Station and is easily accessible by taking the      and  trains to 34th Street/Penn Station.

You may also take the    and  trains to the 34th Street/Herald Square stop and walk one block west to The Garden.

PATH trains from New Jersey also stop at 33rd Street/Avenue of the Americas. If you’re arriving via Metro-North, you may take the Shuttle or the  train from Grand Central to Times Square and transfer to the downtown    trains to 34th Street/Penn Station.

Knicks City Dancer Class | MSG Tour Combo
Madison Square Garden is offering the unique opportunity to train with the world-famous Knicks City Dancers. Private classes, taught by a current Knicks City Dancer, are now being offered. For experienced dancers to first timers, we will tailor a class specifically designed to meet your needs.
