MTV VMAs | Radio City Music Hall
The 2018 MTV Video Music Awards are returning to Radio City Music Hall on Monday, August 20 to recognize some of the world’s biggest superstars and emerging talent! The Showplace of the Nation hosted the very first VMAs in 1984, and this year’s return marks the 12th year that the awards have been held at our historic venue.
The nominees, who are all looking to take home a shiny Moon Person, include Childish Gambino, Drake, Bruno Mars, Ariana Grande, Jay Z and Beyonce, Cardi B, and many more! Jennifer Lopez, who will be honored with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award is set to perform at the awards show for the first time since 2001. Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande, Shawn Mendes, Travis Scott, Post Malone, Logic with Ryan Tedder, Aerosmith, Panic! At the Disco and Maluma will also be performing.
The 2018 Video Music Awards airs live from Radio City on MTV at 9 p.m. EST (pre-show kicking off at 8 p.m.).
